These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the booking of rooms, packages, and related services offered by Sreepathy Hotels — comprising Sreepathi Indraprastha, Sreepathi Mayoogha, and Sreepathi Prayag, all located in Guruvayur, Thrissur District, Kerala, India (collectively "Sreepathy Hotels", "we", "us", "our"). Sreepathy Hotels is operated by Sreepathi Indraprastha, a registered Partnership Firm (GSTIN: 32ACYFS7977C1ZF). By accessing this website or making a booking, you ("Guest", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Website" means the Sreepathy Hotels booking platform and any associated web or app interfaces.
- "Booking" means a confirmed reservation of a room, room type, or package made through the Website.
- "Hotel(s)" means any of Sreepathi Indraprastha, Sreepathi Mayoogha, or Sreepathi Prayag.
- "Package" means a bundled offering (e.g. multi-night or multi-hotel itinerary) sold as a single Booking.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to make a Booking. Bookings made on behalf of another guest must be accurate, and the primary guest is responsible for ensuring all guests on the Booking comply with these Terms.
3. Bookings & Reservations
- All Bookings are subject to room/package availability at the time of confirmation.
- A Booking is confirmed only after successful payment (in full or as an advance, as indicated at checkout) and issuance of a booking confirmation with a unique Booking ID.
- Room rates, availability, and offers displayed on the Website may change without prior notice until a Booking is confirmed.
- It is the Guest's responsibility to provide accurate contact details, stay dates, and occupancy information at the time of Booking.
4. Check-In / Check-Out & Identification
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise specified for a particular Hotel or Package. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- A valid, original, government-issued photo identification (e.g. Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence) is mandatory for every adult guest at check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in where valid identification is not produced, without any refund obligation.
- Hotel management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue accommodation to any guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unlawful, or in violation of Hotel policies, without refund.
5. Rates, Taxes & Charges
Room and package rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any statutory levies unless stated otherwise, which will be added at checkout as applicable. Additional services availed at the Hotel (e.g. laundry, mini-bar, extra bedding) are chargeable separately and payable directly to the Hotel.
6. Payments
All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. Sreepathy Hotels does not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on its servers. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms of use in addition to these Terms.
7. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds
Cancellations, date changes, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. For Package Bookings spanning multiple Hotels, cancelling any single leg cancels the entire itinerary, as described in the Cancellation Policy.
8. Guest Conduct & Hotel Rules
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not cause nuisance, damage, or harm to Hotel property, staff, or other guests.
- Guests are liable for the cost of any damage caused to Hotel property, fixtures, or furnishings during their stay.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and other activities within Hotel premises are subject to the individual Hotel's house rules and applicable Kerala state law.
- Any illegal activity on Hotel premises will result in immediate termination of stay without refund and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
9. Third-Party Services
Reservation and room inventory management is supported by third-party property management systems. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Use of these third-party services is subject to their own respective terms, and Sreepathy Hotels is not responsible for outages or errors originating solely from these third-party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sreepathy Hotels' aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a Booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Guest for that Booking. Sreepathy Hotels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of personal belongings, except where caused by our proven gross negligence.
11. Force Majeure
Sreepathy Hotels shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer rescheduling or refund options where feasible.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and the Sreepathy Hotels brand name and mark, is the property of Sreepathy Hotels or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a Booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.
14. Grievance Redressal
For any concerns or complaints regarding a Booking or this Website, please write to our Grievance Officer using the contact details below. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 7 business days.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and take effect immediately upon posting.
